General Terms & Conditions for All Purchases

By purchasing any product or service from Parenting with Purpose, LLC ("Company"), including but not limited to One-on-One coaching sessions, digital and physical workbooks, and other parenting resources, you ("Client" or "User") agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all purchases made through www.parentingwithpurpose.info.

1. Payment & Purchase Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• All sales are final and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in the product-specific policy.
• Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable due to their nature.
• For One-on-One coaching sessions, sessions must be scheduled directly with Sarah Medeiros after payment is received.

2. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy (For Coaching Services Only)

• Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting Sarah@parentingwithpurpose.info.
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the session without a refund.
• The Coach reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Parenting with Purpose, LLC (including but not limited to workbooks, courses, and coaching frameworks) are owned by the Company.
• Purchases do not grant permission to copy, resell, or distribute materials without written consent.
• Workbooks and digital downloads are for personal use only.

4. Digital & Physical Product Policies

• For Digital Products (e.g., PDF Workbooks, Downloadable Guides):
• Digital files are delivered via instant download after purchase.
• Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
• For Physical Products (if applicable):
• Issues related to printing or shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Any return or exchange requests will be subject to review.

5. Confidentiality (For Coaching Services Only)

• All One-on-One coaching sessions are confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., concerns of harm to self or others).
• Virtual sessions conducted via Zoom may carry security risks, and the Company is not liable for external breaches beyond our control.

6. No Warranties or Guarantees

• Parenting strategies and personal outcomes vary.
• The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results from any product or service.
• Workbooks and coaching sessions are not a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, or legal consultation.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Parenting with Purpose, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of its products or services.
• You acknowledge that all purchases are made at your own discretion and that the Company is not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on its materials.

8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

• The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate any session or purchase under the following conditions:
• If the client becomes hostile, aggressive, or disrespectful.
• If the client violates confidentiality and session guidelines (for coaching services).
• If unauthorized distribution or reproduction of digital materials is detected.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Any disputes will first be addressed through friendly consultation.
• If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration under Massachusetts, USA law.

10. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing any product or service from Parenting with Purpose, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
